Through its fresh approach to design HDC Concepts, an innovative home & multi-residential and commercial design, drafting and consulting firm to the construction industry is making a creative imprint on the Lethbridge building scene.
Since relocating from Calgary to the Lethbridge building market in 2002 HDC Concepts has gone from a southern Alberta industry newcomer to the creative enterprise behind numerous residential and commercial projects, including the design of the 2004 Lethbridge Kinsmen Dream Home.
Specializing in medium to large single residential as well as multi-residential and commercial design & drafting projects HDC Concepts is a tri-focused business utilizing the extensive background and creative talents of Architectural-Technologist Andre Haesler, company proprietor and principal designer. By combining Andre's 16-years of work experience, with state-of-the-art analysis and design tools such as the latest Auto-CAD three-dimensional modeling and visualization programs HDC Concepts is working with outstanding local builders to create unique quality home plans. With over 400 residential blueprints bearing the HDC Concepts mark, client preference is always at the creative core.
HDC Concepts has extensive experience in commercial design, renovation and project management work. HDC Concepts guarantees commercial realtor clients quality project management work through the facilitation of design, construction and interior design finish to the hand-over key stage.
In addition, HDC Concepts has petroleum design experience having coordinated the rollout program for both Safeway and Husky Energy gas centres. The firm also undertakes project management work outside of the construction field.
HDC Concepts has also worked with Patella Manufacturing Inc., an international architectural millwork company with offices located in major Canadian cities, along with Dallas, Los Angeles, New York and Washington, D.C. to create its executive millwork design throughout North America.
